Final Camera Ready Paper Submission [Workshops]

Guidelines for Final Paper Submission for Workshop Papers ONLY

FINAL PAPER SUBMISSION TO IEEE INFOCOM 2018 WORKSHOPS

Final versions of accepted papers must be uploaded to EDAS for inclusion in the workshops proceedings and to be submitted to IEEE Xplore®.

Deadline: March 9th, 2018 March 2nd, 2018

IEEE/IEEE Communications Society/IEEE INFOCOM Policies

To ensure appropriate consideration of conflicts of interest during the review process, the ComSoc prohibits changes to the list of authors once a paper has been submitted for review during review, revision, or (if accepted) final publication. The author list may be changed only prior to the submission deadline.

To be published in the IEEE INFOCOM Workshop Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the IEEE WORKSHOPS at the appropriate rate listed in the Registration page. The paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the workshop unless the IEEE INFOCOM Workshop Chairs grants permission for a substitute presenter arranged in advance of the event who is qualified both to present and answer questions. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one workshop registration is valid for up to 3 workshop papers. Accepted and presented papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore® as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases. If you also have a paper in the main conference you must register for both the conference and the workshop.
Workshop Authors must register by 9 March 2018 2 March 2018.
