The iconic Hilton Hawaiian Village, situated right by the world famous Waikiki Beach, is the conference venue for INFOCOM 2018. With more than 3,000 hotel rooms, 20 restaurants and bars, and 150,000 sq. ft. of meeting space available, this hotel and resort is the perfect location for learning, networking, and having some fun!

Conference registration, exhibition, and the entire program will be held in the Tapa Conference Center in the Tapa Tower of the resort. Conference lunches are located in the Coral Ballroom. The entire INFOCOM 2018 program will be posted shortly.

Resort View: $259.00 (Single and Double)

PLEASE NOTE: Room rates are exclusive of sales/room tax (about 14%). Additionally, a resort fee of $15 plus applicable state and local taxes will be posted to all guest rooms. The resort fee covers the following activities:

The deadline to reserve a hotel room at the conference rate ($259.00) is March 12, 2018. Reservations made after this date will be at the prevailing rate.


The IEEE Communications Society has a contractual obligation to fill a guaranteed block. Significant financial penalties will be assessed should IEEE INFOCOM 2018 fall short of the expected number of guest rooms.  By staying at a conference hotel, you will enjoy the convenience of residing at the conference venue and to a far greater extent provide valued assistance in support of IEEE ComSoc's financial obligations.
